this one is of shavene singing and dancing. When she was little her mother wouldn't let her down from her arms until she was 2 or 3 becasue she is blind. She is now 4 or 5 and just starting to learn how to walk and talk. She won all of our hearts when she sang.

If the picture is to blurry then you can make the screen smaller so you can see more. Hope you all like! Have a great day!

We landed safely in Jamaica- DAY 2

Dear family and friends,
Today, we finally made it to the beautiful country of Jamaica! We got up in our little hotel at 8am to make our 1pm flight. If we didn’t leave that early we wouldn’t have made it on the plane, since they overbooked the fight by 15 people! The fight was a one-hour rollercoaster. But God was with us and we made it, were reunited with our luggage, and got past customs with no problems. We went straight to the place were we are staying (Fairhaven) and had some time to get to know Pastor Dave (in the red) and Mary (in the yellow). When we arrived we were hot and sweaty and hadn't showered, so we dropped our bags and jumped in the ocean for a quick swim. After dinner we walked into town to get to know the area and culture a bit, and to get some delicious ice cream. Today was a day to relax from our long traveling adventure, and to get settled into our new home. Tomorrow we are going to Pastor Dave’s church to do some painting and work on the doors. Thank you for all of your prayers, and thank you for all your comments. They're so encouraging; we really enjoy reading them. Love, Team Jamaica
